Established through a landmark MOA signing witnessed by 𝗗𝗕𝗠 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗔𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗵 𝗙. 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗻 in July 20, 2023, the consortium continues to expand its reach—bringing together 14 SUCs from Regions IX, XII, and BARMM in a shared mission of regional development and research collaboration.

The newly launched site is a dedicated digital hub for:

• SDG-aligned research and policy briefs

• Open data portals to drive evidence-based planning

• Institutional updates and partnership opportunities

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗦𝘂𝗣𝗮𝗹𝗮-𝗜𝗥𝗗𝗖

𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗦𝘂𝗣𝗮𝗹𝗮 𝗜𝗥𝗗𝗖 is the brainchild of Secretary Pangandaman, a product of an exploratory meeting last June 1, 2023 in General Santos City. The signing of MOA for IRDC was immediately realized 50 days after the initial consultative meeting, demonstrating SUC’s eagerness to enhance social capital development.

𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 (𝟴) 𝗽𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 (Adiong Memorial State College; Cotabato Foundation College of Science and Technology; Cotabato State University; Mindanao State University-General Santos; Mindanao State University -Maguindanao; South Cotabato State College; Sultan Kudarat State University; and University of Southern Mindanao), 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘂𝗺 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗻 (𝟭𝟰) 𝗦𝗨𝗖𝘀, including new members from BaSulTa region (Basilan State College; Mindanao State University -Buug; Mindanao State University -TCTO; Mindanao State University -Sulu; Tawi-Tawi Regional Agricultural College; and Sulu State College) – expanding its reach and reinforcing its mission of equitable development.
